Aluminum collector is produced by fixating self–winged extrusion aluminum pipes together. The panels are covered with a special black matt paint to increase the heat transfer. Also manufactured with high quality, these collectors are alternative to copper collectors.
Absorber Plate: Both plate and pipes are made of aluminum.
Casing: The casing, made of anodized aluminum frame and profile, is for protecting the collector from outer damages and offers an esthetic design. The frame is mounted without screws. Various colors like brown, black or white can be preferred.
Back Plate: This plate, which is placed at the base of the collector, can be either embossed aluminum or sheet iron. Mounting is done with press to prevent leakage.
Insulation: For the layer which prevents the heat loss, high density glass wool, rock wool or polyurethane can be used. And the lateral insulation is provided with glass wool.
Glazing: Plain glass, tempered glass which is more durable or low-ironed tempered glass which has higher solar transmittance are used for glazing.
Sealing: The gasket that provides sealing between the glass and the casing is made of EPDM rubber resistant to ultraviolet lights and high temperature.

Copper Collector
Copper collector is produced by welding the copper tubes to copper plate ultrasonically. The surface of the copper panels is painted with a special black matt paint. As they have excellent heat transfer, the efficiency of these collectors is very high
